When the truck can't get to the door
Not every property can take a full-size moving truck. Narrow roads, low overhangs, tight turning circles, security estate restrictions, complex parking rules, or a building's own size limits can all mean a truck simply can't get close enough to load or offload directly. When that happens, goods still need to move — just via a different route.
DG Move runs our own smaller shuttle vehicle for exactly this situation. Goods are transferred from the main truck to the shuttle at a suitable nearby point, then run in to the property itself, avoiding the access problem altogether without holding up the rest of the move.
